Pricing

I can’t give an exact estimate until I have more specific information about your project, but this is information that I can give you up front:

• Cleave Design charges an hourly rate of $75 for web & print media, and $50 for consulting.
• The average estimate for a simple site is normally around $1,500 – $2,500. More complex or larger sites that would be more involved would have an increased rate.
• Prices vary on the individual needs of each client – the price could be less or more depending on what those needs are.

Process

If you are interested in having Cleave Design work with you on your project, please contact me with what you have in mind. It would be especially helpful to me if you would download my Client Worksheet and then upload it via the Contact Form when you’re ready. After you fill out the Worksheet and return it, I will look it over and send you back a Proposal with an estimate. If both parties agree on the proposal and estimate, the signed Proposal becomes the contract between the client and Cleave Design.

Upon approval of the proposal and estimate, 1/2 (one-half) the total cost is expected to be paid. This not only assures me that you will stay with the project, it also helps keep both of us accountable to one another. Upon final completion of the project, the final 1/2 (one-half) will be expected to be paid.
