I was contacted by the Presbytery of San Francisco to update their previous site (which you can see here). They had a site that is very typical of many presbyteries today, and that is a single column site with the “Presbyterian blue” in the background. The Presbytery of San Francisco was moving toward conducting their Presbytery Meetings Paperless, and were planning on using the website as the primary source of information for the presbytery. They wanted a site that would fit more into the Web 2.0 generation of sites, and wanted to be able to include images, video, Facebook integration, blogs and commenting features, calendars and much more.

WordPress is capable of doing all of these things (and more), so I chose to again go with WordPress as the Content Management System. The banners on the top rotate through if you refresh the page, and they reflect the three differing geographic areas of the presbytery itself. The color scheme seemed like an appropriate choice for Northern California and they were very pleased with the overall design of the site. They were really a great group to work with and I was happy to be able to redesign the website of a group I’ll probably be working with over the next few months toward my ordination as a Presbyterian Church (USA) Minister.

This site was a basic redesign of their previous site (to view the previous design, click here). They were looking for a new design, as well as a site that would be easier to update and maintain. So, WordPress felt like the right solution to their problem. With a new design and facelift for their site, everyone was very happy with the end result.

The site was built using WordPress as the Content Management System.

This was a complete redesign of the Camp Longridge Camp. The previous site had a wealth of content, but it was all over the place on the site and it was hard to find certain information. So part of the task and challenge for this site was to re-organize the information in ways that made sense to both those familiar with the camp and those who might just run across the website for the first time.

As this was a summer camp, one of the important aspects for the client was to share the photos from the summer on the site – so we used the power of Monoslideshow + Flickr into the site and created some really great slideshows.

The site was built using WordPress as the Content Management System. The design for the site is a custom-made theme, made specifically for Camp Longridge.

I redesigned this website for the Kentucky Baptist Fellowship as well as creating the Mountain Hope site for them. They were looking for a more modern look and feel and I think the final product was just what they were looking for.

This site was built with WordPress as the Content Management System and this was an original theme designed for the Kentucky Baptist Fellowship.

Peachtree Baptist Church came to me looking for a total redesign of their web presence. They wanted more interactivity, a better way to get their calendar online and a cleaner and fresher look. They also wanted to incorporate photos into the design to show people from the church on the website.

The site was designed in Photoshop and then put together using WordPress as the Content Management System. The photo slideshow in the header is courtesy of SlideShowPro.
